You have the right to request deletion of your Nurtra account and all associated personal data at any time, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Use this form to submit a deletion request. Our team will process your request and permanently remove your data within 30 days.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Your account and profile will be permanently deleted
- All eating logs, mood entries, and journal entries will be removed
- Your recovery progress and milestones will be erased
- Any active subscription will be cancelled (no refunds for remaining periods)
- You will lose access to all Nurtra features immediately
- This action cannot be undone
